Currently undergoing a refit so breakfast was limited and no where to eat it other than your room unless you want to sit in the lobby, but the staff helpful in relation to making tea requests. Good size room and comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. One elevator was out of order during our stay but we were able to use an alternative all be it at the other end of the building.

Easy to find: clean, great service. Passion at the front desk was incredibly accommodating, kind, personable, and made the long trip in seem a distant memory as soon as we started chatting! I can’t thank her and the other women enough for being so thoughtful during the crowdstrike outage. They made my stay a breeze and more than welcoming

Breakfast was very good,room clean but we prefer wooden floor instead of carpet.Customer Service was good,staff very friendly and we will go back if the facility paid attention to have rooms with wooden floor for pets.Thanks
